Shipping & Returns

Most orders are ready in 5–7 business days after your artwork or proof is approved and payment is complete. Larger runs and specialty finishes can take longer; if so, we'll let you know. Turnaround times are estimates and begin after proof approval, not at the time of order.

Orders are available for free pickup at our shop:

Seda's Printing & Direct Mailing — 5335 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90029. Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready to pick up.

Need your order shipped instead of picked up? Contact us at info@sedasprinting.com or 323-469-1034 before ordering and we'll arrange delivery and provide a shipping quote. Shipping timeframes are in addition to production turnaround and depend on the carrier and destination.

When a digital proof is provided, production starts only after you approve it. Please review proofs carefully — spelling, layout, colors, and dimensions — because approved proofs are what we print.

Because nearly everything we make is custom-printed to your specifications, orders generally cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will reprint the affected items or issue a refund for them at our discretion. Errors in customer-supplied files or approved proofs are not eligible for a free reprint.

You can cancel an order before production or proof approval for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a charge for work already completed.
