through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. We are
closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. |

What do I need to know in order to send
the files you need? |

Please only send the files required for the project.
Include all final graphics, linked or embedded.
All working files needed for manipulation (example: .psd, .ai
etc.)
All fonts for printer and screen display used in the document.
Photos for scanning, if necessary.
Printed Hardcopy (your hardcopy is used to check for general
accuracy.) |

What type of media can I use to send you
my content electronically? |

We are capable of handling many modes of file
transportation. We are updated to the standards of the printing
services industry. We can provide our clients with FTP upload
methods for submitting your art and content electronically.

- 3.5" ZIP Disks (for 100MB drives)

What file types do you accept? |

To increase the efficiency and accuracy of your printed
project, please send all completed files, and all related
available digital information by using these file formats: EPS,
PDF, TIF (a.k.a. TIFF), JPG, PSD. Please note that for printing,
all files must be provided in 300 dpi resolution. |

What about bleeds? |

If you use bleeds, please make sure to have at least 1/8"
extra image all around the design. Bleeds are used to allow for
safely cutting and folding without affecting your project's
design. |

What software do you use? |

Seda's Printing & Direct Mailing works with the latest
publishing, word processing and design software available. Specifically, we support
files send prepared in all Adobe CS 2
versions (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and Adobe
Acrobat [PDF]. Like most printers we use Macintosh
computers for our work. Please call Seda's at 1-800-55-SEDAS
(1-800-557-3327) for special instructions on how we can help
you set up your files if you have same above PC software.
